We spend, on average, 23 complete years of our life at work. That’s why we believe it is so important that you have a job you enjoy and one which motivates you.
But how many of us don’t know what it is that motivates us? Employers often assume it’s money, prestige or hitting sales targets but many of us know that is not important. It can be the need for flexibility, public recognition or the ability to be creative. Throughout those 23 years, our motivators change, depending on our personal circumstances too. So a job which, when we started it, motivated us, no longer excites us in the way it used to.
Does this sound familiar? Are you stuck in a job you used to enjoy now feeling unmotivated or worse still, depressed at the thought of going to work?
Working with an online tool which involves the completion of a short online questionnaire, we identify which of the 9 motivators are important to you. We then use this knowledge to support you to identify what you can do to meet those motivators.
Motivational Map Reports not only give descriptions of each of your top 3 motivators but also give you strategies for increasing your motivation in those key areas.

The online questionnaire takes only 10-15 minutes to complete and you will receive a 99% accurate 14-page report detailing your own individual internal motivational drivers so you can recognise what you really need from your work to be happy and fulfilled. That’s just one of the benefits of having your own personal map. A fuller understanding of how you can use this powerful resource will come from the face to face or telephone consultation afterwards.
